Selection Process (No. of Interview Rounds)	Business Simulation Activities, Grand Finals at Trident Plant, Barnala along with Final Interviews.
Eligibility Criteria	60% throughout academic career (10th, 12th, Grad. and PG current year)
Any Bond	INR 2,50,000 with Following Terms and Conditions: If terminating within 30 days of joining, the member may give notice in writing as required under the rules of the company. If terminating after 30 days of joining but before the expiry of one year from the date of joining, the member shall be liable to pay 2,50,000 (Rupees 2.5 Lacs only) to the Company towards liquidated damages.
